Pervasip Corp. (OTC: PVSP) Penny Stock on Fire!

PVSP is drifting downward in Double Zero sub Penny Land.

Update: Since this article was written almost a year ago PVSP has dropped right back down to its Double 0 base on decelerating volume. Since the stock has done nothing but drift downward since we looked at it last we had not followed up on this one since now.

On December 3 PVSP announced its partnership with Panomark and its marketing initiatives to sell the VoX mobile VoIP app, which allows subscribers to download telephone numbers from 57 countries and save money on mobile international calling.

CEO Paul Riss remarked "Panomark's expertise is precisely what our product needs to reach its full potential in the marketplace, our customers have reacted positively to our Apple app and our Android app over the last few months and the reviews reflect their endorsement. We have recently super-charged our Android app by giving subscribers unlimited inbound calling for $9.95 a month, including the choice of a foreign telephone number, and we need the marketing force of a company like Panomark to fully reach the global community of mobile users."

Original Article From Mid February 2012: Pervasip Corp. dba VoX Communications delivers VoIP and video telephone service anywhere in the world that has a stable broadband connection. It recently entered the mobile VoIP services and applications arena so that it’s VoIP can utilize any 3G/4G or WiFi connection. VoX differentiates itself through a unique combination of high quality voice services, flexible back-office capabilities and automated provisioning systems that enable a quick turn-up for app users who are looking for a second mobile phone line or low-cost international calling, without using any voice-plan minutes from their mobile phone carrier. It offers a feature-rich, low-cost, high-quality alternative to traditional wireless phone services.

PVSP has been putting out some fairly important pr’s recently including that VoX Mobile VoIP Application Surpasses 100,000 Downloads from the Google Play Store; PVSP wholly owned subsidiary, VoX Communications, a cloud-based voice and video communications solutions, apps and services provider, announced today that its mobile VoIP application for Android devices has exceeded 100,000 downloads from the Google Play store. The VoIP application was launched in October of last year and is available for both Android handsets and tablets. The Company recently released a subscription-free prepaid "Pay and Go" version of the app, which allows customers to top up their accounts for as little as $1.00 through a credit or prepaid card.

"We are excited to surpass this milestone of downloads on the heels of the new prepaid launch last week. We believe the number of downloads will continue to rise because our new prepaid app allows users to dial any country in the world and yet does not require a monthly subscription to enjoy our low international calling rates," said Mark Richards, CIO of VoX Communications.

Conclusion: Since we started reporting on PVSP the stock has dropped back down to its double zero lows in sub Penny Land. While the Company continues to report solid revenues; for the 9 months ended August 31, 2013 PVSP reported $698,240 in total revenues, significant for any bb listed co especially for one trading at a mere $1 million market valuation. At the same time PVSP has little liquid assets on the books and significant short term debt, something that unfortunately has led to continued dilution it seems as the 0/S has increased by 3 fold since we 1st looked at this one. On the positive side of things PVSP is fully reporting BB and still boasts a loyal shareholder following it seems and from current levels at $1 million valuation PVSP could easily pop 2 to 5 times from here on buzz and momentum alone if anything really positive comes from the Company; we all know how these subs can move. Good Luck Everyone!

Pervasip Corp was incorporated in the State of New York in 1964 under the name Sirco Products Co. Inc. and developed a line of high-quality handbags, totes, luggage and sport bags.  In 1999, they divested their handbag and luggage operations, which had experienced several years of operating losses and changed their name to eLEC Communications Corp. In February 2008 they changed their name again to Pervasip Corp
According to the 10k they are a provider of video and voice over Internet Protocol, or VoIP, telephony services.  The nature of our technology is cloud-based computing, and therefore our target market is not limited to our physical presence in the United States.  In particular, our mobile VoIP application, which can be downloaded to any Android smartphone or tablet, gives us a global market and allows us to sell to: (i) traditional telecom carriers that do not wish to lose market share to cloud-based upstarts; (ii) new-age entrants that seek to offer cloud-based voice telephony in addition to our sophisticated video VoIP service; and (iii) individual consumers.   We sell our video and voice over Internet Protocol (“IP”) telephony product on a wholesale and retail basis to telephone carriers, broadband suppliers, individual corporations and consumers.  An incumbent telephone carrier in Africa intends to sell our video VoIP services to its existing customer base, a mobile wallet company intends to sell our VoIP application to its customer base, and hundreds of individual consumers download our mobile VoIP application from the Android Market web site every day, under the brand name of VoX Communications.
The continued growth in both mobile telephone services and video telephone services has resulted in a new mobile VoIP market.  Adding VoIP to mobile telephone services allows subscribers to make inexpensive calls from their mobile phones instead of using costly airtime minutes.  A consumer who uses our mobile VoIP application can use our telephone service as his or her primary phone line or a secondary phone line.  Our application allows unlimited free calling and instant messaging to other VoX Communications customers and provides the consumer with a distinct telephone number with its own voice mail service, free calling features such as 3-way calling and caller ID, online account management, the ability to call any phone number in the world for inexpensive calling rates and the ability to record telephone calls.  We have upgraded our mobile VoIP application so that a user can make video calls from his or her Android device to other users who have downloaded the video application.  We plan to release the video application for commercial use in the second quarter of 2012.
